1. Acceptance of terms

By installing and using the Binary MLM Pro app on your Shopify store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

2. Description of service

Binary MLM Pro provides a binary-tree affiliate program with automatic BFS placement, real-time leg volume tracking, weaker-leg matching commissions, wallet management, withdrawal workflows, and analytics.

3. Merchant responsibilities

• Ensure your affiliate program complies with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure rules and any multi-level marketing regulations in your jurisdiction
• Pay out approved commissions to affiliates through your own payment processing — the app records ledger entries and does not transfer money on your behalf
• Maintain your own Privacy Policy and Terms with your affiliates and end customers
• Respond to data subject requests forwarded from Shopify within the timelines required by applicable law

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the app to operate a pyramid scheme or any program where compensation is based primarily on recruitment rather than the sale of legitimate products
• Do not make earnings claims you cannot substantiate
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Do not use the app in any way that violates Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy or Partner Program Agreement

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost commissions, or business interruption — arising out of or relating to your use of the app.

6. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the app. We may terminate access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
